When the user requests help, you receive an email containing:
- Their message describing the problem
- A full web page HTML snapshot file
- The page URL and title
- Detailed information about their web browser, version, etc
This information gives you a head-start determining the problem. Your communication with the user will be clearer. Tell them exactly what to look for and where to click.
How does Jooplicate work?
Adding Jooplicate into your web app takes just a minute. Simply add the HTML snippet we provide into your page.
This creates a "help" link on your page.
When a user needs help, they click the link. A friendly help form is displayed where the user describes their problem.
The form sends you an email with the user's description and a page snapshot attached.
